You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time prior to its dispatch. A notification will be sent to you following dispatch, to cancel after this please see our returns policy.

The only exception to this is for items that state clearly in the description they are "special order" products in which case these cannot be cancelled, and they can only be returned if faulty.
